1 pkg(20ozs) chocolate chip cookie dough refrigerated 2 cups Cool Whip thawed 2 cups assorted fruits Strawberry desert topping Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 inch pizza pan with foil; greas foil. Press dough into prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack. Remove foil. Place cookie crust on serving plate. Spread whipped topping on cookie crust. Garnish with fruit. Drizzle with desert topping. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

DESCRIPTION: I regularly eat at Mardi Gras for lunch. Free parking in a lot just across the street makes this very accessible during the day. Greek dishes, fish, daily specials are all good and plentiful.
