3 cn Refrigerated buttermilk biscuits =10 oz each 1/2 c Butter or margarine; melted 1/2 lb Bacon; cooked/crumbled 1/2 c Parmesan cheese; grated 1 sm Onion; finely chopped 1 sm Green pepper; finely chopped Recipe by: Southern Living Cut biscuits into quarters; dip each piece in butter, and layer one third in a lightly greased 10 inch Bundt pan. Sprinkle with half each of bacon, cheese, onion, and green pepper. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45

Parking: There is an empty lot less than a block northwest up Perkins that customers are always welcome to park in at anytime. Also, Herroman's Flower Shop across the street closes at 7pm, so parking there after 7pm should not be a problem. And, Zeeland St. Market also closes at 7pm and customers can park there as well.
