great bagels, but poor attention to order detail
DESCRIPTION: So far I've kept going back to Mill Street because they make the best bagels in town (chewy New York Style, not break-your-teeth hard), but they almost never get my order correct. Invariably the bagel is toasted when I asked for it not to be, the cream cheese is spread on when I asked for it on the side, etc. This is especially troubling when I get a to-go order and discover the problem when I'm too far away to return! Revolving-door staffing, coupled with a poor ordering system and basic inattention, seems to be the culprit. Despite the almost-perfect bagels, this has happened so many times that I don't think I'll go back.
