DESCRIPTION: This is one of the best places to eat. The food is great and service is friendly and prompt. It is afordable and you get everything out of one atmosphere. There are TV's to watch sports yet in a way the lighting and tables make it romantic.

Lack of Cleanliness
DESCRIPTION: The food is fair, some things are somewhat tasty. However, it is not the cleanest restaurant in town. They should pay more attention to that. Service average. My server acted as though she wished I'd stayed home.

DESCRIPTION: Kalo's has been renovated and turned into a southern chain, Moe's. It used to be a pretty fun hang out with just a little bar and some nice people there.

Service was non-existent last Sunday afternoon
DESCRIPTION: My family and I stood at the hostess station for nearly 5 minutes this past Sunday and were never acknowledged so we left. We saw at least 5 employees in the store who never said a word. At one point 2 waitresses were standing in front of the kitchen talking with a man that was not visibly an employee. Both the bartender and the waitress in this area saw us as well and did nothing to see if we would like to be seated or find a hostess.

Food never came!!
DESCRIPTION: We got seated and ordered an appetizer and a couple of beers. we drank the beers and finished the appetizer and waited 20 minutes for our server to come and let us know our food was up and sitting there but wasn't tagged so she coudl'nt bring it to us!! We waited another ten minutes where the server came back and said it was next up to tag. so our food had been sitting there for over 10 minutes at this point. We waiting another 15 minutes and never seen our server again. we never got offered another drink or anything. we went up to the hostess stand and said we wanted to pay for what we drank and ate and forget the meal. at that point they said they could bring us our meal (after it had been sitting for 20 minutes waitin to be tagged!!!) when we declined they said ok and actually made us pay for the appetizer and drinks and didn't even discount it a penny!! they didnt' even offer for us to take the food w/ us for free. I was not impressed at all. Horrible service and they did nothing to make it better. We were there for exactly 50 minutes and we never got our dinner or got a discount on anything we did pay for! Horrible customer service!!!

We Have Given Up On This One
DESCRIPTION: We have tried several times with this restaurant. The food has been fine, but the service has been utterly inexcusable. Every time. No kidding. The last time we went, we sat next to a completely drunk, out of control person who was yelling (standing on his chair while doing so) and swearing. We had our young kids with us. The management did absolutely nothing when we complained. Three times. We won't go there again. It has been a frustrating experience each and every time.

DESCRIPTION: If you are like me and you get stressed out when a nice, enjoyable evening crashes and burns when you go to a restaurant and service is generally terrible, don't try this place. We have gone here a half dozen times (why? I don't know...) and it is the same each time.

DESCRIPTION: We stopped in for supper tonight and I had a delicious harvest salad with hot cajun chicken. My husband had a philly steak sandwich. Both of them were exactly as ordered and the service was excellent.

Fantastic Place! Good Food! Great Service!
DESCRIPTION: Went to this place out of the blue and was pleasantly surprised. The people including the employees were very friendly. The food and beverage was very delightful. After enjoying my meal I enjoyed several games of billiards. Never had so much fun in my life and look forward to making it a regular establishment to frequent.
