Nice atmosphere
DESCRIPTION: This restaurant does have nice atmosphere with a bar on the upper level along with booths in their own section for families. The lower level had a fire place although the smokey smell might not be appreciated by everyone. It was a little to dark though. It was very packed so I think it's generally well liked by everyone. The onion rings and calamari are very good!! The menu is on the small side and they do have a kids menu. The waitresses do not give you the specials - you need to read it yourself on the wall. If I hadn't heard them say it, I wouldn't believe it. We had baked scrod which was supposed to have a breadcrumb topping. Decent size piece was served in butter with only black pepper on top - no crumbs whatsoever. It was also very apparent that the fish was frozen since it had the dry texture. I was just glad it didn't have a nasty fishy taste but it was something that I could have made at home. We also ordered the special bone in Rib eye which had so much fat, the amount of remains made our waitress think it wasn't eaten and asked us if we wanted to bring it home. The demiglaze on top should have been served on the side. It wasn't that good. I will give it one more chance.

Best filet mignon ever!
DESCRIPTION: My fiance is from France and he knows food! After eating at Grants he commented that it was the best filet mignon he ever had, and he has eaten at very expensive and VERY chic restaurants in France and around the world, so that says something about the food there. I had the 1/2 chicken with with an awesome sause and vegetables. I cannot wait to eat there again!

Overpriced
DESCRIPTION: Many entrees do not come with salad or potato. High prices do not include the standard sides dishes that other restaurants provide. Prices too high for what you get.

Worth the Drive
DESCRIPTION: Too pricey for me for dinner but for lunch don't miss out. The chocolate strawberries alone are enough to keep me coming back. Great service and atmosphere is upscale. I have never had a bad lunch here whether it's a burger, calimari or a salad, all exceptional.
