Burnt End Platter Sucks
DESCRIPTION: My wife and I ordered the Burnt End Platter at the Arthur Bryant's on Brooklyn Avenue. What we got was a leftover mess of stringy beef cooked in bar-b-q sauce. We also suspect that the meat we were served was leftover from the previous week. Mgmt. told us if we didn't like what they served just eat somewhere else; WILL DO.

Must try fantastic pit bar-b-que
DESCRIPTION: King's is a friendly restaurant with fantastic food and quick service. Their Pit Bar-B-Que is hands-down the best I've ever had in all my travels. It's not spicy, just juicy, semi-sweet, and delicious. If you are a fan of ribs, theirs are the best...people have been known to buy them by the lb. to take home. Their Ribeye's are fantastic as well...made to order bursting with juice and absolutely scrumptious. As far as side-items go, they also lay claim to the best onion rings I've had and potato salad (both made from scratch in the restaurant). The only downside is how busy the place is...if you are looking for quiet dining on a weekend evening, this is not your best choice...everyone in that town must love their food because the place is packed on the weekends and at lunch-time.

BEST BBQ I'VE EVER TRIED
DESCRIPTION: I have eaten "authentic bbq" all over the world - especially in Texas!!! But none compares with kings in liberal, KS. kings serves chicken, ribs, sausage, ham, bisque, and beef cubes accompanied by wonderful onion rings, bbq beans, potato salad, coleslaw and Texas toast with peach jam with this delicious bbq. They also have a relish dish with onions, pickles & peppers.

So-So BBQ
DESCRIPTION: Not the best BBQ around. Tastes more like oven baked BBQ. The place was crowded and noisy which explains why the staff was too busy to help us.

Never saw the show!!!
DESCRIPTION: The wife and I wanted to see some national comics appearing at Stanfords on Friday night. So that afternoon I purchased tickets with our credit card to reserve seats. We arrived at the show thirty minutes before show time to be seated. We ended up waiting in line in forty degree weather for over and hour with no idea about what was happening. Finally after what seemed like a hour and a half security came out with KCPD to tell us the show had been sold out. It was just not good business to leave a group of paying customers (40 or more) standing around not knowing anything. You bet we were upset and agreed why we don't come to this location normally.
