"Lisas Hash Brown Quiche" from Le Cellier, Walt Disney World, FL
4 cups Home Style hash brown potatoes (Shredded Ore Ida) 1/3 cup butter melted 1 cup ham diced 3 large eggs 3/4 cup half and half 1 cup cheddar cheese salt & pepper to taste Thaw the hash browns and squeeze out any moisture. (I nuke them on defrost and then squish them in paper towels) Press into a quiche pan or a 9" pie plate up sides as well to make a *crust*. Drizzle edges to center with melted butter. Bake shell in a 425 preheated oven for 25 minutes. In the mean time combine ham and cheese or fillings of your choice. Blend the half and half , salt and pepper and eggs till well incorporated. Remove shell from oven. Add ham mixture, then egg mixture. Bake an additional 25 30 minutes reducing the oven temperature to 350 after replacing in oven.

DESCRIPTION: We were at this restaurant on Wed. November 5th . It was the worse meal I had eaten since we ate at the Lake Wales Perkins. The steak was so cooked and tough I had to grind it up for the dog. All the food we had was very cold. We left with three out of five still hungry There were no baked potatoes as we ordered but got cold mashed potatoes to replace them. many other people were also unhappy. They gave us free deserts to repace a whole that wasn't fit to eat Took over a hour to get what we didn't order.
