Great Ice Cream
DESCRIPTION: The ice cream is great. They do offer a lot of delicious flavors, including sugar free ice cream and also fat free soft serve. One great aspect is that they can make ice cream cakes with any design. For example, I brought in a picture of my son and they where able to print the photo on an edible wafer as part of the decor of the cake, so we had a delicious cake with a great design for my son's 6th birthday. This place is clean and decorated in bright primary colors.

Make your own sundae parties!
DESCRIPTION: I had my daughter's 4th birthday party at Here's the Scoop in Manville, and they did an excellent job. The service was friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was bright, clean and cheerful. The kids loved making their own sundaes, with lots of toppings to choose from. We also bought one of their cakes for my family party, and we were hooked, the freshest ice cream cake, we've ever tasted.

I love this place!
DESCRIPTION: Some of the best ice cream I've ever had. Try a "blend-in": choose a flavor, and some blend-in items (different kinds of candy, fruit, etc.) and they put it in a machine that "mushes" it together and comes out like soft ice cream! It's like making your own flavors!

DESCRIPTION: Their blend-ins are amazing... unlike any ice cream treat in the world. I hope they open more shops in the northeast (lower Connecticut preferably)

DESCRIPTION: Thomas Sweet is the best ice cream in the world! No doubt about it! Their Apple Pie ice cream is out of this world! Their bittersweet chocolate is the finest chocolate I've ever had, and I've had quite alot!

Awesome Ice Cream Cakes Too!
DESCRIPTION: They usually have a set number of flavors for their homemade ice cream cakes, but you can always blend together a flavor with some candy to get what you want. For instance, peppermint patties and oreos and creme gives superb mint oreo flavor for a cake!

Great little place!
DESCRIPTION: Halo Pub is definitely the most original little shop for ice cream I have been to. It is modelled after an "18th century ice cream pub", with rustic wood ceiling beams and vintage pictures and paintings with a serious cow theme... very pastoral! The ice cream is great, and the small scoops are very generous. Because it is a small shop, beware of those hot summer nights (or cold winter evenings!) when the place is crowded with families and groups of teenagers.

They don't do lunches anymore
DESCRIPTION: After first getting a response through email about confirming a reservation, when I finally got through on their phone I was told they have been closed for tea lunches for a while and was abruptly hung up on. Bad customer service. As far as food, never got to eat there!
