"Honey Soy Baked Salmon" from Bandung Restaurant, Madison, WI
4 salmon fillets 1/2 cup Golden Dipt Fat Free Honey Soy Marinade Place salmon fillets in shallow dish. Pour marinade over fillets and refrigerate 15 minutes. preheat oven to 425. Bake salmon fillets 8 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves 4.

DESCRIPTION: This is a really great restaurant that serves unbelievably delicious food. Indonesian food is somewhat like Thai food, but more spicier. Be sure to order the tapioca chips to munch on while waiting for your meal. The staff are friendly and exceptionally attentive. I was particularily pleased since I have to avoid gluten, and when I told them I am "allergic" to wheat, they knew right away that my meal needed to be gluten-free and took the steps to ensure that it was such. That was a load off my mind. (If you are avoiding gluten, be sure to let them know, since some ingredients, like soy sauce, may have wheat in them...)
