DESCRIPTION: Yellow Tail Salsa Rich and flavorful, tastefully presented on Tempura Japanese mint leaves, leaving the palate wanting more! Tuna Carpaccio Sliced as more thinly than it's traditional coounterpart complimented by Ponzsu and scallions Excellent! Too many more to list a definate MUST for traditional and avangarde diners. Service is flawless and drinks from the bar are exceptional 5 star in my book
