Delightfully Delicious
DESCRIPTION: We arrived late on a Sunday night, and were immediately informed that they were out of some things, and then told by the waitress what things. My son was disappointed that their clam sauce dishes, both red and white, weren't available, but he settled on a Thai Pasta dish. He didn't think it was spicy enough, so it was taken back to the kitchen where they ratchited it up to his palate. I had a LARGE serving (requiring taking some with me) of Chicken and Chourizo over Red Beans and Rice, with a cheesy red sauce, that I thought was outstanding! For appetizer we had Antipasto, nicely done, and each had an imported beer, though my son had a second: a pint of Monty Python's Holy Grail Ale!

My Favorite Hendersonville Restaurant
DESCRIPTION: Gypsy Cab was such an awesome addition to Main Street. It is now what I consider the cool place for locals to eat. The food and service are great, and the atmosphere is what I call Soho Style.

Terrible Food and Terrible Service at a HIGH Price
DESCRIPTION: The wait staff were slow and rude. The food was poorly prepared. But they did manage to charge high prices. Lesson: Just because it's a high priced restaraunt doesn't mean you'll get a quality meal. Avoid!!!!!

Best Food in Town
DESCRIPTION: Crubside Dinning spring through fall. I'm local (for the past 15 years) and have never had a bad meal or poor service. Sunday Brunch is awesome. This is Hendersonville's best kept secret!!!

So many other choices in town...why go here?
DESCRIPTION: I have a tendency to be a tad picky when I eat out...I guess because my husband is such a wonderful cook at home. I did find that the salad dressings were very, very good. I do recommend the oriental dressing. The appetizers were also very good/wide variety...we had the potstickers. (very flavorful) We were VERY disapointed with the main dishes we selected-I had the Spanish Shrimp Stew. It was a giant bowl of stewed tomatoes with shrimp and a few bites of chorizo. I figured it would have been really good if it was loaded a little bit more actual food instead of sauce. My husband got the Black beans & rice with chicken & chorizo-of which was good but the chicken was very tasteless-no marination.( I could recommend adding some cilantro, some real bastomi rice instead of grocery store brand and some real fresh baked bread-AT LEAST for the price you pay for it all) The atmosphere, however, was rather enjoyable and comfortable

DESCRIPTION: The waitstaff was unkind, there was no host to seat us so we had to wait for a server to stop what they were doing to seat us. The food was good, we ate brunch and it was a well prepared. But the lack of waitstaff experience greatly ruined our experience. Plus the manager was a server! No manager came to see how our night went, a real let down! The new management does not seem to be helping this place...

Best Ever Catering
DESCRIPTION: Pay a little more, get a lot more, with catering from Mediterranean Deli. Forget pizza or subs when ordering lunch for the crowd. A buck more per person and everyone will feel like they have dined, not snacked. They'll return to work or class with greater energy and greater appreciation for the meeting host. As for ambiance...hey, it's a deli!

Best Dining in Hendersonville
DESCRIPTION: We live in Hendersonville and have sampled all the restaurants here, both old and new. Thumbs up for Sinbad's! It provides the best quality food in town coupled with world class service. Everything is home made, even the ice cream. The ambiance is quiet elegance with exceptional attention to detail. A Gem
DESCRIPTION: We held a rehearsal dinner at Sinbad's - had about 60 people and didn't give them a heck of a lot of notice. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was stellar, and it was!! Looking forward to returning when we get back to the area.

Superb Dining

The food is impeccable, presentation smart but not pretensious, wonderful background music that does not perturb, roses on the tables. Definite European flair with attentive service. Not fussy. Mediterranean restaurant is definitely worth a visit
DESCRIPTION: We really enjoyed everything about Cafe Zito. The menu had a lot of surprises on it. I ate the freshest Red Snapper, it was prepared beautifully. My husband had stuffed calamari, something I had never heard of before. It was delicious. Our waiter was very friendly and accomidating, he was well versed on all the Mediterranean wines they have. And the owners are right there in the restaurant, one is the chef. He came out to speak with us and tell us more about the food and the restaurant. Lots of personal attention. We will definitely be going back!
