Hot Time in the Old Town Tonight
DESCRIPTION: On a crowded evening, this tiny restaurant provided attentive, unrushed service. We ordered meatless meals -- one vegetarian burrito, one combo platter with cheese enchilada and bean burrito -- and were very impressed by the spiciness and zing of our dinners. The cranberry marguerita and melon marguerita are simultaneously sweet, sour, and spicy, and they complement the food -- but take the warning about their strength seriously! Our dinners left no room for dessert, but we'll be back again, hungrier, too

Not totally authentic but very good
DESCRIPTION: I got the tamale, which I thought was very good, great salsa also! They have a De Pollo dish that has turkey in it, which is weird since "pollo" is the spanish word for chicken.

I Miss El Loco
DESCRIPTION: Ok, I admit, I'm biased. It was my second home for 5 years while I worked there. Had the best Black Beans. I loved the Spinach Burrito as well.

Horrible Service
DESCRIPTION: After being seated and waiting ten minutes, we had to flag down a waiter for menus. Another 10-15 minutes pass, and we had to flag down a waiter again to take our order. He didn't even bother to ask if we would like something to drink, so we all just told him our dinner order. Two people in my party ordered soups, they had to ask for spoons for the soup. To our surprise the spoons were in the soup already! At this point we have not received our drinks yet. We thought they could not handle a party of 7, but a table next to us, which was a family of 3 had horrible service also, 2 out of the 3 got their dinners, and the third member got his dinner 20 minutes later. I have to say, the food is not bad. I don't know if I would go back.

DESCRIPTION: I go to Las Limas on a regular basis. I love the food and I love the people that work there. They rarely make mistakes, and when they do, they are quick to apologize. You can tell customer satisfaction is their #1 goal.

The Best in Mexican
DESCRIPTION: El Porton has been my family's favorite Mexican restaurant since it first opened! They have the best white cheese dip ever! And for those that like to have a cocktail with their dinner, try the frozen Margaritta...It will knock your socks off! The portions are perfect. You will not leave here disappointed!

I guess watching the soccer game is more important than serving customers
DESCRIPTION: I am of Hispanic origin and on the night of my graduation I thought I'd give El Porton a try. It seemed close to authentic, food was great, they give you large helpings and everything. But the table we sat at was by the bar and close to the kitchen. There wasn't many people in the restaurant so the waiters sat by the bar watching a soccer game. I found it rude that the waiters take advantage of some of their customers not being able to speak Spanish, they were cussing up a storm. With children present, might I add. The service was awful, our drinks stayed empty most of the time, not even toritas were given to us when we got our fajita plates. It was awful, the waiters just sat around cussing, watching the soccer game and worst of all..ignoring us. One of my party members, desperate for service even asked a waiter at the bar. He acted as if he didn't hear her. At the end of the meal my father was angry and started to complain. We ended up getting a discount, only paying somewhere around $47 dollars for 5 of us. Even though the food was good, we can go somewhere else for good food and get great service. But that restaurant seems that its gotten too big to even realize what made them what they are today, their customers.

DESCRIPTION: Seafarers Tavern is now Mariners. The new owners serve the best chicken wings and onion rings in the area. Also wonderful salads.
