4 c Powdered sugar

(yes, four cups!) 8 oz Cream cheese (one

large package or 3 small packages less a nibble) 1 t Vanilla extract

5 oz Unsweetened chocolate

Assorted toppings (cocoa, powdered sugar, crushed nuts, jimmies, etc.) Mix the powdered sugar into the softened cream cheese a little (2/3 cup) at a time, making sure it is well blended after every addition. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla. Mix well. Chill for a couple hours. Roll mix into one inch balls, then roll them in a topping. Chill. NOTES: * Easy to make candies with chocolate and cream cheese Here's a good recipe for lazy chocolate freaks.
