Aweful Waitress, Ordinary Food
DESCRIPTION: Have been there twice, food is very average, so the service is what could have made the difference. First time: had a great server. Second time: Brianna(?) was awful! I think some of their staff needs to be told that the service that they provide, could possibly decide weather a patron returns. I will not.

decent food, but not decent people
DESCRIPTION: The cashier at the First Street location consistently tries to overcharge me. She does it the same way each time, and backs down when I challenge the high price she quotes. I am fully convinced that this is done intentionally, and I urge anyone who goes to eat here to be very careful dealing with the staff.

bad service and small size
DESCRIPTION: I was a regular customer there for ages (1998)at the Cambridge Gallaria store. but since last year, the store have really gone down in service and size. I have no issue with the fact that price went up by 50 center, but the size of the burrito went from big to put your fingers around it (thin). The burrito server was measuring rice with spoon and when asked for extra rice (shouldn't even have to ask, rice is what can make the burrito big), the guy would put half a spoon full of rice. I talked with the cashier lady today but she was adament that the size is what it is. I tried to make her understand that I have been a customer there since 1998 and I know the size we were getting. If raising the price is to maintain the size, I am all for it. but raising the price and cut the size is just too much.

This Place Is Great
DESCRIPTION: I live about a ten-minute walk from this place. It's fantastic: inexpensive, authentic (as far as I can tell), healthy, and tasty. It's not a luxurious place, but it's nice to know I can enjoy my food while I support business in my own neighborhood.

Pleasant Surprise
DESCRIPTION: My family were very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and quality of the food. The burritos were bursting with chicken, rice, and beans, the quesidillas were loaded with chicken and cheese, and the tacos were tasty also. We'll be back to try other dishes.
