Be Careful
DESCRIPTION: I have been going to Veggie and Tea House for months and telling friends about it also, but that will stop. I just had a very disappointing experience. I noticed that 3 items were 50% off for the "Anniversery" sale. While waiting I noticed that the items looked much smaller than usual so I checked the menu. Sure enough each dish had been reduced significantly in size from the usual serving. When I pointed out to the waitress that this was not honest, she said "the owner told us to do this." Such blatant dishonesty does make me wonder what other ways they have tried to make a profit and will certainly keep me from ever recommending the place again. The waitress was angry that I compained, said that the sale was only for one more day, and that they did not reduce the serving by a full half. She then stomped off saying "if thats they way you feel" when I said the sign said it was a 50% off sale. I wonder how this would help??

DESCRIPTION: This place is even great for the non-vegetarian. Granted you have to like veggies. The veggie tempura is the best in my opinion. You order by looking at actual prepared dishes, that are in a refrigerated case. The food is very reasonable in price. Go with a couple friends and order a few different things and try them. It's pretty kid friendly, if not Mc Donalds is down the street.

DESCRIPTION: Milennium serves excellent, unusual vegetarian food. They use organic vegetables where possible. Be sure to save room for dessert, as some of their desserts really shine. Service is great - the friendly waiters have tried everything on the menu, and they're happy to help you pick your dish. They're also charming and efficient. The chef is always trying new dishes, and though most of them are delicious, the occasional dish is a little weird. Listen to your waiter's recommendations and you won't be disappointed. They even have their own cookbook of vegetarian and vegan food.
